Tuesday September 4, 2007 Despite almost daily negative press in the mortage markets, buying activity picked up slightly for Lake Tahoe Real Estate. 22 homes valued over $1 million went into contract while 78 homes under $1 million also opened up escrow. Condominiums and Land remained relatively unchanged.
